What We Do

What we do

The role of the NZNPA is to ensure the players, as key stakeholders in the game, have an organised and credible voice at the decision making table.  Through the NZNPA, the players work with the game's administration to address player welfare and to contribute to the on-going development of the game.

The NZNPA empowers players to grow and develop as people including supporting them to understand and deal with life as professional sportspeople.

The NZNPA is the players' organisation for life. Through the past player network, the NZNPA continues to support and provide a range of services beyond a player's playing career.
